A judge from the Pennsylvania Supreme Court has upheld a prison sentence after a convicted child abuser attempted to have it reduced. A man had to be rescued from his car following a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of Crane Road and Lay Road last Friday, October 18, around 9:30am.
