Residents have had it with a coal waste dump that has damaged their properties and will continue to do so over the next few centuries. The infamous David Kwiatkowski, a former UPMC Presbyterian employee and traveling medical technician who serially infected at least 45 people with Hepatitis C, was sentenced on Monday to 39 years in prison. A deadly accident involving a tractor trailer and an Amish horse-drawn carriage should be raising awareness amongst drivers throughout Pennsylvania and Ohio. Today, in Youngstown's West Side, one person was injured in a two-vehicle accident.
