The Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) has filed suit against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) hoping to stop sales of nanopesticides until further health and safety concerns are mitigated. According to the New Castle News, two people suffered serious injuries in a car accident Saturday evening on State Street in Union Township.
