According to the New Castle News, two people suffered serious injuries in a car accident Saturday evening on State Street in Union Township. A Chrysler LaBaron and Chevy Malibu collided head-on near the Burger King on State Street. Both men were taken by medical helicopter to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown, Ohio.
