A Lawrence County man was awarded a settlement of $2,500,000 after a workplace incident where he was overcome by toxic gas which caused him to fall. The accident, which happened at an Allegheny County sewage treatment plant, caused our client to suffer serious injuries including:
- Closed head injury;
- Pneumothhemothorax;
- Fracture of femur, femoral condyle;
- Multiple rib fractures;
- Closed fracture of lumbar vertebrae
- Post-traumatic stress disorder
