Truck Accident $2,350,000 Settlement

We were able to assist a New Jersey family in obtaining a $2,350,000 settlement after a husband and father was killed in a truck collision on Interstate 80.  The deceased was a very experienced, UPS truck driver and driving one of three tractor trailers involved in the accident.  We were able to obtain a settlement holding the other two truck companies liable for the conduct of their drivers.  A settlement was reached in this case before a trial was scheduled to be completed in Philadelphia County.
