Butler County farmer injured by tractor

A Butler County man was injured when his tractor was accidentally activated and ran over him. As this Clay Township, Pennsylvania man was getting off of his tractor, his foot knocked the vehicle into gear. Subsequently, he was hanging onto the tractor as it exited the barn before he eventually fell off and the rear wheel ran over his body. He was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital and then transferred to UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Accidental activation of a tractor or other equipment could lead to a defective product case. The product liability attorneys at Dallas W. Hartman, P.C. have a successful history in winning these difficult cases. Similar to this tragic accident in Butler County, an Ellwood City, Pennsylvania man previously was injured by the accidental activation of the controls of a backhoe.
