Cases involving pedestrians being hit by buses

This is not the only example of pedestrians being hit by buses in Lawrence County. In a similar case, a pedestrian was crossing South Jefferson Street at the intersection of South Jefferson and Grove Streets in New Castle, Pennsylvania when she was hit by a New Castle Transit bus making a left turn. The bus driver had his view obstructed by a tractor trailer, causing him to strike the pedestrian. The collision ultimately caused the death of the pedestrian.

The law office of Dallas W. Hartman, P.C. represented the estate of the pedestrian that died in this accident. By showing that the bus driver failed to notice the pedestrian crossing the street, attorneys at Dallas W.
