Coal mine accident kills a miner in Western Pennsylvania

A coal mine accident has caused the wrongful death of a 55 year old Albright, West Virginia man. The accident happened in a coal mine in Mount Morris, Pennsylvania. Mount Morris is located in Green County in southwestern Pennsylvania. The man was killed when an air shaft/mine door fell down onto him. He was transported to the emergency room of Southwest Regional Medical Center in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania where he was pronounced dead the next morning. The exact cause of death is still pending an autopsy.
